suffering from CVS?

Do you suffer from unexplained neck pain, headaches and dry eyes? You could be experiencing computer vision syndrome(CVS). Our eyes were not designed for sitting for hours at a time in front of a computer screen with our focus fixed on a single distance. These symptoms can be reduced or eliminated by taking these precautions.

Regularly stop, look away from your screen, and focus on an object in the distance. It could be something you can see out of the window or along the length of your office or room.
