Laughter is the best medicine. It minimizes the lines in our ageing face and makes us look younger. When we are happy, we smile more,we laugh more. But it's not always "today's-gonna-be-a-good-day" in our life. There will definitely be low moments when we can't hide our sorrows and pains. We can always lessen the pain by finding humor. Just like how munching chocolates brighten up our lowly moods, humor will always be a good way to lessen or even forget the pain.
1. Read, watch, catch shows of funny people either on TV,print or radio. I remember when I used to go to work. The public FX Taxi driver tuned in to an FM Radio station where these jockeys were joking around and teasing. The station and the jockeys were tagged as "baduy","jologs" and "bastos" because according to many, their listeners were mostly household helpers. There were times when I felt embarrassed listening to their jokes and conversations, but then I noticed a shy smile on my face and my mood suddenly changed. It felt good.

2.Do no take yourself seriously. It's not the end of the world. There's always hope and when a door closes, another opens.

3. Stay away from negative, grouchy people. Be with fun-loving individuals. It's more enlightening to hear someone reply to your question " How are you?" with " Here I am, enjoying life to the fullest!", rather than " I'm okay, still alive".

4. Always count and be grateful of your blessings. Look at the glass as half full rather than half empty. See the doughnut and not the hole.

5.Don't be a worrier. Past is past and we can no longer change it, so no matter how long you linger on it, it already happened and it belongs to the past. Look forward but not worry of what tomorrow will bring. Let the day surprise you.

6. Spend more time with children.Children are very good teachers of laughter. If you're single, offer some baby-sitting to your nieces or nephews. As the famous song line goes," ...let the children's laughter, remind us how we used to be..".

7. Keep a portion of yourself and let it stay as that of a 6-year-old. Let your child-like kick into your laughter module. Make it part of your own way of coping with any pain in your mind and heart. If there's one habit you have when you're young, and it made you feel good, then make it your habit too now that you're a grown-up.

8. Stress is often a result when we want to be always correct and we want to press our point in a situation. Just remember, which do you really want: to be correct or to be happy.

Just kidding! Hahahaha
